Our Acceptance of Your Order

All of our products featured on this web site are subject to change at any time and we reserve our right to refuse any order or part of an order. If any product is not available we will make reasonable attempts to inform you on or before delivery and offer you an alternative product or the opportunity to cancel.

All orders will be processed after payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

Pricing of Products

Quotations provided in any format are provided on the basis that no contract exists until we have despatched an order acceptance email or have telephone you with order acceptance confirmation. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£ £) and include VAT delivery and services.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards including, Switch, American Express, Visa and Delta Mastercard. All card details are encrypted before transmission.

Delivery

The next day service uses a courier to deliver your order.

The same day service would use either courier, taxi, FlowerGram or our own delivery transport.

Unless by prior agreement with us next day delivery is to mainland Britain subject to the following:

- If our attempt to deliver your order is prevented. We do not accept liability in the event that your order cannot be delivered because no-one can receive the order.

- All orders must be received before our cut-off time which is displayed on our home page. certain products may have separate cut off times depending on availability.

- You are responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.

Delivery of all orders will be made between 7:30am and 7pm. We will contact you if we cannot deliver your order at the specified time when you will be given the opportunity to change your delivery time or cancel your order.

If at all possible 48 hours would be ideal to process an order.

Any orders received after our cut off time will be considered as orders placed on the following day.

Any damage to flowers caused by delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours. All products should be retained by the customer. No liability can be accepted for reporting of appropriate product defects outside this time window.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee the supply of high quality products.

We guarantee that our floral products will last at least one week provided that our care instructions are adhered to include but not limited to the following:-

- The clean vase is filled with fresh clean water and appropriate levels of flower food are added.

- Stems are cut with a sharp knife at an angle and placed quickly back into the vase.
All leaves are removed below the water line.

- Water Levels are checked daily and more flower food is added as necessary.

- Flowers are not placed in draughty or excessively warm areas or near ripening fruit all of which will reduce the vase life of your flowers.

Limitation of Liability

We do not accept any liability for indirect loss, loss of pleasure, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other than death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Cancellation

At least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice for cancellation prior to the Delivery Date is required for our Next Day Delivery range of products and one working day for our Same Day Delivery range.

Security

Our secure socket layer (SSL) encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card we will cover your liability up to £50.00

SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
- your bank or card issuer holds you liable for the amount claimed
- the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card is as a direct result of purchases made at flowersandgo.com whilst using the secure server
- this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using flowersandgo.com SSL
- you notified your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures
- our liability is limited to £50.00

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We take our obligations seriously under both the Data Protection Act 1984 and the Data Protection Act 1998..

You are entitled to see a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to correct any error or omission in it. Please contact us (contact details set out above.) Your request must contain enough details to enable us to identify and find your personal data. Under both the Data Protection Act 1984 and the Data Protection Act 1998 we are entitled to charge an administration fee for answering your request of no more than £10 which we may agree to waive.

What we do with your information

We collect your data name, e-mail address, the delivery address including postcode, credit or debit card number and expiry date to enable us to identify you prior to entering into a contract for sale and to enable us to fulfil your order and keep you informed as to your order status.

We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us, or our couriers, to contact you or the recipient urgently if there is a problem with your order.

We may from time to time contact you about other goods or services by direct mail or by email (which we will clearly identify as a commercial communication). If you would prefer not to be contacted in this way, please contact us at the above address at any time.
